This is all about the metropolis.
The metropolis is an excellent building and I should know I was one of th first 10 people to move in soon after construction. I lived in the north tower on the 17th floor.

If anyone is looking for a great in-town condo in a high-rise, Metropolis has to be on the search list. It was the first of the "soft-loft" condos in Atlanta and won numerous awards for its design. When it was build in 2001, because it was such a unique property, understandably ALL 500 homes were sold in 9 months!
The design of most of the homes in the building are very functional. Most of the one bedroom floor plans do not have walls that completely enclose the bedrooms. This kind of living isn't for everybody, so if you are looking for a traditional one bedroom stick to the corner one bedrooms.
All in all this building offers great amenities. A good sized pool with a fitness center as well as the "club M" all on the 7th floor offer the residents all the modern amenities people have grown to expect in a luxury high-rise in town.
