I think the following should be listed in the condo description:

What amenities: Pool, Gym, Concierge, etc
Year built
Number of Floors
Building Website
Contact Information
Street Address
Number of units

Brief Writeup
Pro's
Con's The pro's and con's might be the editors review.

Could possibly be added:
School Districts

What else could / should be added?

Would be really good if we could link to and from the map section. This would allow people to see exactly where the building is located

Yeah, or just have a mini map section of the website open all the time locating the condo that they happen to be reading about at that given time on the website.

So we have one page that reviews each condo - how about we it set up kinda like Cnet -

List of features (amenities)
Brief Pros and Cons
Extended Paragraph form review
Avg List price of different condos (1br, 2br, pent)
Avg Utility payment (?what do you think?)
