What if we had a classified section. This would allow users to list there condo with us. We could start it up pretty informal and if became popular destination w e could add more information later.

Yeah, This is a good idea I think. Free listing sites are ALL over the place (think of craigslist) and it might be a one stop shop. However, does it have to be our main focus to be a successful listing site? Maybe we could add this feature when the info sections are up and running,.

I agree with you completely. The first item of business is to get all of the buildings listed first.
Then we can look at some add on benefits.
