Atlanta Condo Reviews

What is a good way to group the condos in Atlanta?

I was thinking it could be done by neighborhood.

Example:

• Midtown


• Buckhead


• Downtown


• Decatur

These are the main neighboorhoods that I am aware of.

Maybe we could expand it to include Virginia Highlands, and other smaller neighborhoods. I am not sure how many condo's are in the other neighborhoods.

The four groups above should be a good start.

Any thoughts?

I don't know if we need to go into the Decatur market just yet because I know absolutely nothing about it! For now how about we have these categories:

Buckhead
Midtown
Midtown-West (including Atlantic station to M-West)
Downtown

We can add Decatur and Perimeter to the mix now or later.
